I just got an email via my blog announcing a new add-on to OneNote called: Xiipy Desktop Edition for Microsoft OneNote 2007 .   This is all I  know about it from the website:

Sadly they only have that one small image and I couldn't get it working on my machine.  I am hoping that someone puts up a YouTube video showing how it works and giving a quick demo.  In the meantime please leave comments below if you find this useful.
