Kurset er for konsulenter, presales-ressurser og utviklere som skal sette seg inn i hva som er nytt i 2011 versjonen av Dynamics CRM. Dette er altså selve dokumentasjonen for kurset, en bok på rundt 160 sider, som nå er lagt ut til Dynamics-partnere med service-plan på PartnerSource.
