The book is really awesome! I brought it few months back to learn stuff about frameworks and how in general you guys developed .NET (although the book is not about that, but there's lot of talk/comments about past experiences, good/bad practices, etc).
It has helped me immensly when working on a UI framework for one of the projects I am working on currently.
I also loved the FxCorp chapters in the end. Are you planning on releasing a similar version for developing with ".NET 3.0" (WinFX :-) ) or maybe adding more guidelines to the .NET 2.0 version?

I could do without the annotations related solely to VB. I also would have preferred more in depth discussions of some of the guidelines rather than a rapid-fire list of do's/don'ts with the occasional annotation. I do with the guidelines would cover some other areas that even MS itself has been lax with in regards to consistency (primarily naming conventions).
That being said, the "why" annotations are terrific. - Anonymous

I got the Chinese version book, and I also downloaded the PPT slice of the book, the slice is cool, and I can't get the English version of this book, the Chinese translation is good I think, I can understand what it said. - Anonymous
