KNOWN ISSUE: VSS Converter exits without warning if the Visual SourceSafe database contains deleted folders that are not empty

Problem: When using the VSS Converter tool to migrate source from Visual SourceSafe to Team Foundation Version Control, the converter will exit without warning if the Visual SourceSafe database contains any deleted folders that are not empty.

Workaround: None.
