Causa:
A secção de configuração para SqlColumnEncryptionEnclaveProviders não está definida, mas é necessária pelo Cliente sql .NET.
Solução 1:
Crie um ficheiro de configuração para mssdmn.exe se ainda não existir (por predefinição, não existe). Certifique-se de que o ficheiro de configuração tem o seguinte conteúdo:

Solução 2:
A solução 1 pode corrigir o problema da pesquisa, mas é possível que ainda veja os problemas com outros componentes. Se continuar a ver os problemas com outros componentes, pode modificar machine.config para incluir a alteração.
O script seguinte fará as alterações automaticamente. Tem de executar isto em todos os servidores que têm o problema.
