IVMHardDisk::SizeOnHost property

[Windows Virtual PC is no longer available for use as of Windows 8. Instead, use the Hyper-V WMI provider (V2).]

Retrieves the size of the virtual hard disk file on the host computer.

This property is read-only.

Syntax

HRESULT get_SizeOnHost(
  [out, retval] VARIANT *fileSize
);

The size, in bytes, of the hard disk image file. This value is a VARIANT of type VT_DECIMAL.

Name/value	Meaning
S_OK 0	The operation was successful.
E_POINTER 0x80004003	The parameter is NULL.
DISP_E_EXCEPTION 0x80020009	An unexpected error has occurred.
HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) 0x80070002	The hard disk image file was not found.
