CGenericList.AddHead method (Wxlist.h) - pObj parameter
[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. The AddHead method adds an item to the front of the list.
Syntax

Return value
Returns a POSITION value indicating the new head position. If the method fails, the return value is NULL.
