Camera Driver Profiles Collect DevPKey Profiles

Test to validate that we can collect DevPKey Profiles. Gathers and validates the profile payload published by the camera driver through the KS API. Checks the schema of the payload and ensures that schema matches expected information for profile definitions. If test results in an invalid parameter error, it is likely that either a specific schema entry is missing or the value was not valid.
