BillingRequest Class

A request submitted by a user to manage billing. Users with an owner role on the scope can approve or decline these requests.

Variables are only populated by the server, and will be ignored when sending a request.

tags	dict[str, str] Dictionary of metadata associated with the resource. It may not be populated for all resource types. Maximum key/value length supported of 256 characters. Keys/value should not empty value nor null. Keys can not contain < > % & ? /.
properties	BillingRequestProperties A request submitted by a user to manage billing. Users with an owner role on the scope can approve or decline these requests.
