Gets a value that specifies whether the SHIFT key was down when a mouse event occurred.

Property Value
Type: Boolean
true if the SHIFT key was down when the event occurred; otherwise, false.
This property is read/write, but should be considered read-only because there is no reason to change the reported information. There is no default.
Remarks
If the value of this property is true, there will also be a relevant keyboard event, which may not match the exact timing of the mouse event. This property reports the key state that existed when the mouse event occurred.
