Create the element as a child of the specified parent.

Parameters

• parent
  Type: System.IntPtr
  [in] The HWND of the parent window.

• pHandle
  Type: System.IntPtr%
  [out] Location to return the HWND of the created element.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
Returns S_OK if the element was created.
