Remarks
You can add a RibbonDialogLauncher to a RibbonGroup at design time, or at run time before the Ribbon is loaded into the Microsoft Office application. Therefore, the Parent property will not change after the Ribbon is loaded. For more information, see Ribbon Object Model Overview.
