IVsDebugger.UnadviseDebugEventCallback Method
Used by a client to stop receiving notifications of debugger events. In general, use AdviseDebuggerEvents and UnadviseDebuggerEvents instead.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
