Creates a new SelectionContainer object with the ability to restrict user control over the SelectableObjects and SelectedObjects collections.

Parameters
- selectableReadOnly
Type: System.Boolean
If true, a request to change the SelectableObjects throws a NotSupportedException. If false, a request to change the SelectableObjects is handled normally.
- selectedReadOnly
Type: System.Boolean
If false, a request to change the SelectedObjects throws a NotSupportedException. If false, a request to change the SelectedObjects is handled normally.
Remarks
The values of the selectableReadOnly and selectedReadOnly parameters only affect external requests through ISelectionContainer.
