Cannot debug. Unable to find Microsoft Internet Explorer.

For debugging to be possible, Microsoft Internet Explorer must be installed on the machine.

To correct this error

1. Close the application.

2. Make sure Microsoft Internet Explorer is installed on the machine, then reopen the application and attempt to debug again.
