How to: Rename Applications on Application Diagrams
In Application Designer, you can rename application definitions on the application diagram. For issues to consider when renaming application definitions, see Considerations for Renaming Applications on Application Diagrams.
Tip

To rename an application definition
Select the name on the application definition shape and edit it.
-or-
Select the application definition on the diagram and edit the Name property in the Properties window.
Tip
If the Properties window is not visible, open it from the View menu by choosing Properties Window or press F4.
You can also rename an application definition when you rename its use as a member of an application system. For more information, see How to: Rename Members in Application Systems.
