How to: Isolate Bugs Generated in a Build
The build process in Team Foundation Build automatically generates work items to report build errors. These work items are added to the build report. For more information, see How to: View a Build Report.
Required Permissions
To perform this procedure, you must have the Team Foundation Server View project-level information permission set to Allow. For more information, see Team Foundation Server Permissions.
To isolate bugs generated in a build
- Open a build report and locate the Work items opened in the Summary section. The entry lists the bugs created because of build errors. For information about how to view a build report, see How to: View a Build Report.
