Deploy Dialog Box (Devices)

This page provides a list of installed devices which runs an application that targets the platform associated with a device project.

This dialog box opens when one of the following conditions is true:

Show device choices before deploying a device project has been selected on the General page of Device Tools options (available by clicking Options on the Tools menu); and
The Deploy command has been issued (either explicitly from the Build menu or implicitly after the Start commands on the Debug menu).

Device
Displays a list of installed devices, including emulator images.

When you select a device and then close this dialog box, this device becomes selected for the project.
Show option
If selected, displays the Deploy dialog box every time that you deploy a project. This option can also be selected by clicking check box in the General, Device Tools, Options Dialog Box.
Deploy
Connects to the target device.

If opened implicitly from Start commands, starts the application after it connects to the device.
