Smart Device Project Settings Dialog Box

Use the Smart Device Project Settings dialog box to select project settings for a new smart device project. To access this dialog box, click the Smart Device Project template in the New Project Dialog Box.

Note

The Smart Device Project Settings dialog box is only used when you create a C# or Visual Basic project.

User Interface Element	Description
Target platform	Determines the platform that the project targets.
.NET Compact Framework version	Determines the .NET Compact Framework version that the project targets.
Templates	Displays templates for creating the initial files, references, code framework, property settings, and tasks appropriate for the selected project. When you click a template, a description of that item appears in the Description pane.
	Displays items in the Templates pane as large icons.
	Displays items in the Templates pane as small icons.
