Column.IdentitySeed Property

Gets or sets the identity seed for an identity column.

Property Value

An Int32 value that specifies the identity seed for an identity column.

Remarks

The identity seed is the amount that the identity column is set to initially for the first new row.

The Identity property must be set to True before setting this property.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
