sqloptions:notificationRequest Element nagłówka

Ta funkcja zostanie usunięta z przyszłej wersji programu Microsoft SQL Server. Należy unikać stosowania tej funkcji w nowych projektach oraz zaplanować modyfikację aplikacji, w których obecnie jest używana ta funkcja.
