Determines whether the specified group or role belongs to the database.

Parameters

  • groupOrRole
    A String value that specifies the name of the group or role.

Return Value

A Boolean value that specifies whether the specified group or role is associated with the database. If True, the specified group or role belongs to the database. If False, the specified group or role belongs to the database.

Remarks

This namespace, class, or member is supported only in version 2.0 of the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
