Server Properties (Permissions Page)
Use this page to view or manage the system role assignments that control access to the report server site. In contrast with item-level role assignments, system role assignments exist outside of the scope of the report server namespace or folder hierarchy. System role assignments are global and cannot vary for specific items.
Initially, only local system administrators are granted permissions to manage the report server environment. You can create additional role assignments that give other users permission to administer a report server instance.
