HResults.DTS_E_CANTGETCERTDATA Field

The raw certificate data cannot be obtained from the supplied certificate object (error: %1!s!). This occurs when CPackage::put_CertificateObject cannot instantiate the ManagedHelper object, when the ManagedHelper object fails, or when the ManagedHelper object returns a malformed array.
