Operator Element (RDL)
Specifies the operator to use to compare the values in the FilterExpression and FilterValues elements.

Remarks
The Operator element must contain one of the following string values:
- Equal
- Like
- NotEqual
- GreaterThan
- GreaterThanOrEqual
- LessThan
- LessThanOrEqual
- TopN
- BottomN
- TopPercent
- BottomPercent
- In
- Between
