Error Message When Making a Call

Issue You receive an error message while trying to call someone by using Microsoft Lync 2010.
Resolution Do the following:
Make sure you have Internet connectivity.
Check the phone number or contact information, and make sure the number is entered correctly.
Send an instant message or email to confirm that the call recipient can receive calls.
Note
Voice calls might get disconnected temporarily if your computer or network is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues.
