Agent Unable to See Some Response Groups

Issue You are a Microsoft Lync 2010 response group agent and cannot see some of your response groups in the On Behalf Of list.
Resolution Try the following:
Refresh the list by signing out of Lync 2010 and then signing in again. The list of response groups is updated only at sign-in and then every eight hours thereafter, and you can make calls only on behalf of the anonymous response groups that are on the list.
Contact the Lync administrator to find out if there is a connection issue with the server.
