Unable to See Lync Web App

Issue   Microsoft Lync Web App is not visible when:

  • Pop-ups are blocked on your computer.

  • Lync Web App opens in the same browser window as the notification about pop-ups being blocked.

  • Lync Web App is viewed in full-screen mode (using Magnifier).

  • The stage is open but empty.

  • You click the Hide Stage arrow.

Resolution   Present content on the stage, or end the meeting.
