Reads from the application settings of the configuration file or the configuration web service.

  Specifies the key to attempt to read.

Return Value

Type: String
The value read from either the config or the web service

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
