(IND) Create TCS ledger accounts

You can define receivable accounts to post the TCS receivable amount for TCS tax codes. These accounts must use Withholding tax as the posting type.

  1. Click General ledger > Setup > Chart of accounts > Chart of accounts. On the Main accounts FastTab, double-click a main account, or click New.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a TCS ledger account and enter the required details.

  3. Click the Setup tab.

  4. In the Posting type field, select Withholding tax.

  5. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
