Maximize your productivity by seamlessly accessing and managing CRM records directly within Outlook. This feature provides you with an ability to easily search and update records in Copilot for Sales. This helps in extending your reach beyond interactions limited to the contacts you have email correspondence with.
Feature details
As a seller, you can search for any CRM record you have access to directly from the Copilot for Sales app in Outlook. You can also save emails to any CRM records displayed in the search results.
