Agents can prepare for customer meetings and have the relevant details about the associated case ahead of time in the meeting invites.

Feature details

This feature offers the following capabilities:

  • Access to Copilot for Service in meeting invites.
  • Summary of the case associated with the meeting.
  • Access to view and edit CRM records, such as contacts and accounts.
