Business value
One of the top pain points reported by customers is the absence of a business user experience to customize printable business documents. By using Microsoft Office-based templates, we provide customers with predefined documents in the most familiar tools available in the market to customize business documents. We have previously released Microsoft Excel-based templates for business documents. With this feature we will provide Microsoft Word templates for the same documents, so that depending on the type of customization and document, customers can choose whether to use a Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word template as the basis for their customized document.

This functionality delivers well-designed Microsoft Word template capabilities in phases.
Phase 1 (June 2020) includes:
Accounts receivable:
- Sales order confirmation
- Sales order packing slip
- Sales quotation
- Sales quotation confirmation
Accounts payable:
- Vendor invoice document
- Payment advice
Warehouse:
- Picking list
Phase 2 (September 2020) includes:
Accounts receivable:
- Sales advance invoice
- Collection letter note
Accounts payable:
- Purchase order packing slip
Warehouse:
- Bill of lading
Information about other Word templates, including the phases and timing of their delivery, will be provided at a later time.
