Gets or sets the date of the first occurrence of the scheduled activity.

An Int32 value that represents a date.
Remarks
The date is represented as a scaled long integer. The year is scaled by 10,000, the month is scaled by 100, and the day is not scaled. For example, the date April 19, 2004 is represented by the integer value 20040419.
