A class representing a collection of BillingDepartmentResource and their operations. Each BillingDepartmentResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of BillingAccountResource. To get a BillingDepartmentCollection instance call the GetBillingDepartments method from an instance of BillingAccountResource.
