Returns true if this ViewGroup should be considered as a single entity for removal when executing an Activity transition. -or- Changes whether or not this ViewGroup should be treated as a single entity during Activity Transitions.

True if the ViewGroup should be acted on together during an Activity transition.
The default value is true when there is a non-null background or if
#getTransitionName() is not null or if a
non-null android.view.ViewOutlineProvider other than
android.view.ViewOutlineProvider#BACKGROUND was given to
#setOutlineProvider(ViewOutlineProvider) and false otherwise.
