Specifies the 'XCAP over UT' IP Type when device is roaming.
Possible values are, ApnSetting#PROTOCOL_IPV4V6, ApnSetting#PROTOCOL_IP, ApnSetting#PROTOCOL_IPV6
If key is invalid or not configured, the default value ApnSetting#PROTOCOL_IPV4V6 will apply.
