IModelDownloadListener.OnSuccess Method

This method is called:
<li> if the model is already available;
<li> if the RecognitionService has started and completed the download.

Remarks
This method is called: <li> if the model is already available; <li> if the RecognitionService has started and completed the download.
Once this method is called, the model can be safely used to satisfy recognition requests.
