<b>video encoder only</b>: codec supports exporting encoding statistics. Encoders with this feature can provide the App clients with the encoding statistics information about the frame. The scope of encoding statistics is controlled by MediaFormat#KEY_VIDEO_ENCODING_STATISTICS_LEVEL.
