The number of full carrier cycles between the satellite and the receiver.
The reference frequency is given by the value of #getCarrierFrequencyHz().
The value is only available if #hasCarrierCycles() is true.
This member is deprecated. use #getAccumulatedDeltaRangeMeters() instead.
