Remarks
High Efficiency Image File Format (HEIF).
This value is valid with android.hardware.HardwareBuffer#BLOB HardwareBuffer.BLOB format. The combination is an HEIC image encoded by HEIC or HEVC encoder according to ISO/IEC 23008-12.
