Feature for #getSystemAvailableFeatures and #hasSystemFeature: The device supports multiple enabled profiles on eUICCs.
Devices declaring this feature must have an implementation of the UiccCardInfo#getPorts, UiccCardInfo#isMultipleEnabledProfilesSupported and android.telephony.euicc.EuiccManager#switchToSubscription (with portIndex).
This feature should only be defined if #FEATURE_TELEPHONY_EUICC have been defined.
