My mobile broadband device embedded inside the Sony laptop (using SmartWi application) is not working?

SmartWi application is used to control the built-in WWAN adapter.

In order for SmartWi to work, you need to install all of the utilities/DLLs under the following folder in the eSupport page for a particular model (For example, refer to URL link below):

- Notebook Control and Utilities (1 file)

- System Components (3 files)
