    Thanks for the run through of Azure today - very useful, a great jumpstart.  I was the one with the weird "access control list not in canonical order..." message.  Commenting out the <Sites> section in csdef solved the issue (as per social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../15312fe7-ed22-4903-81a0-41404fabf9f3), wondered if you had any thoughts on the cause (IIS permissions maybe)?
