We want to challenge developers to write a style of application that combines the best of both Windows applications and web applications through our Smart Client Competition. Smart clients are easily deployed and managed client applications that provide an adaptive, responsive and rich interactive experience by leveraging local resources and intelligently connecting to distributed data sources.
