    I receive message "This item is not available" in place of "Add to cart" button when I visit book's page on OReilly and I can't purchase this ebook.

    Why is the book no longer part of the offer ? it wont accept the Discount code and is no longer on the Special offer page on the oreilly page ? i would really like to buy the ebook when its still part of the offer
