    I love the e-book I just received but noticed that the screenshots are fuzzy and difficult to read.

    Bought the hard copy version.  Introduction says instructions for downloading the companion e-book are in the back of the book; however, I could not find any instructions for downloading the e-book.  How does an owner of the hard copy book obtain the companion e-book.
