New direction for me and the blog
It’s been over a year since I last blogged. A lot of things has changed for me both personally and professionally this past year. So... what exactly has changed?
First off, I have to say… I love the Silverlight technology! It was a lot of fun working on it and even more fun using it. That said, personally, I wanted to see what all the HTML5 fuss is about. Luckily for me, there was an opportunity to work on some pretty cool HTML5 technology within Microsoft. After a non-eventful interview, I transferred onto my current team in Microsoft and am now working on said technology.
So what exactly am I working on? Bringing a concept of grid layout to HTML5! Our W3C Editor’s draft is available here: https://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/css3-grid-align/
I’d love to hear your feedback. Not surprisingly, many concepts from my previous jobs can be seen here. :)
