  I think the bigger point is actually where Emil's pointing.  In day 1, that guy in the yellow jumpsuit is actually to Emil's left, not to his right. ... and they would've entered on jumpsuit man's left had they come up behind Emil, not on his right. Unless... the reason why he's out of the shade is because he has teleporting powers and went from under the tree on the right side of the group to in the open on the left side of the group? ;) Rofl.

  Er, sorry... Jumpsuit man is on Emil's RIGHT, not left.  I was speaking in terms of how we're looking at him right now, not in terms of his relation to Emil. XD; My bad! lol

  But you made a valid point, Jon  in Day one Jumpersuit man (I love that name) is behind Emil's right shoulder, Day Two shows our team also looking over Emil's right shoulder, Emil is pointing left, so either between Day One and Day Two,  Jumpersuit man, moved, from behind Emil's right to his left shoulder, thus making the continuity correct for panel two as Toad also looks over his left shoulder, to see villain. So either the team walked straight past him, ignoring him even before the big unveiling, and he sneaked around behind them to be on Toads left, or he does indeed have the power of teleportation (cool bananas), or in between when Day One happened to Day Two, as the team was pulling up and getting their act together he must have gone to the toilet or something, and repositioned himself to their left for the action to flow correctly. Am I eligible for my no prize now???
