Imagine Cup - UK Finalists Blog

The Imagine Cup is the worlds largest student technology competition and has a range of sub competitions from software development to short film. Microsoft runs this competition annually with each subsidiary taking the best entries from their region forward to the International final (this year in Korea). The UK finals for the Software Development Challenge (SDC) were held at our Thames Valley Park offices in March and the winning team (The Seedlings - from Hull University) have been working hard to prepare their entry for the grand final ever since. The team have just been to present their idea to Bill Gates in Seattle and are returning to the UK today.

They are writing to capture their Imagine Cup experience which can be found here and they have also produced a really cool short video chronicling their journey so far.

Entries for next years imagine cup will open next academic year and I will post information and links here when they're available.
